Peter lives in Southwell and has done so for over 30 years. He is a town councillor for the area, and an active campaigner for the town. Peter is Vice Chairman of the Town Council’s Operations Committee

Peter is Chairman of Southwell Sports Forum and is Trustee of the town’s Leisure Centre Trust. Peter Harris is a PCC member of Holy Trinity Church in the town.
