So many residents have complained to me about the state of the roads, I have asked Nottinghamshire County Council to inform me of their own assessment of the roads in Southwell and Caunton.

Potholes are appearing all over Southwell and Caunton – just how many? I have contacted Notts County Council to find out. This pothole has been filled more than once!

I have regularly reported significant potholes all across our area – one of the latest here. It is very disappointing to see how Notts CC fill the holes. They do it so poorly that they often have to come back to refill it days if not weeks later. There is one hole that has now had to be filled five times! This is a waste of money – and we need better from our Council.
